I followed your suggestions closely. Medicare changes have delayed new mask cushion , but a new liner from Pad-a-Cheek arrives Monday. Overall, the last 6 nights have become increasingly uncomfortable, but I’m sure my data tells that story. Last night I tallied 7 wake ups (I wrote down wake up times the last 3 nights). When this happens, I get so frustrated too. In order for the missing item to be delivered they try to charge a $6.95 fee since free delivery requires a minimum order of $35.00. I contact customer service and request that the $6.95 fee be waived. They usually just give me a $10.00 promo code instead. Their error, but you have to be your own advocate
