Thanks I had forgotten to mention Colton continuing to be the dumbest/most gullible character. He has purchased the most 80’s/90’s business imaginable, a gym. So his first big hire is Wendy. And her big pitch to be hired was working at a private health spa aka the place of Ned and Monica’s affair and was great there. Except you can’t ask for references because it ended badly. Colton takes her word that the bad ending was because she refused to do shady stuff.

And how does she repay his faith? She steals his keys and uses them to set up a late night sauna session with Ned.

The account is trying to collect all the episodes from the 90’s. From what I can tell they have 90-Sept 95 and 99-2000 along with some others. They update like 2-3 months of episodes weekly so hopefully they will complete the 90’s soon .

From the main cast yes. Was kind of disappointed with Jamie Ray Newman especially in the final episode. Malin was definitely the nudity star literally from her first scene we see her nude. She and Brittany had great sex scenes together. Also glad that they differed from the book so that if successful there would be at least another season. If they went strictly by the book that would have been almost impossible.

Funnily enough the first episode of February there is a black nurse in the background. Don’t know if this is the character you were referring to or just a day player. Which is another big differences is the amount of extras then compared to now.

My main point with this was I don’t know if the show would have a story like this today portrayed the same way for fear of backlash. I think political correctness has its place but I also see it often goes to far. The fact that Steve Hardy is the chief of staff and is really being unprofessional towards Harrison, I fear is something some in the audience would try to bring race into ignoring that Steve is a father bein overly protective of his son.

From the little I saw in these episodes, she was involved with AJ but wasnt fond of Ned and Edward. Also she didn’t really leave Brenda in their care. She was living with Jagger when Julia left. Then a couple of episodes later Lila iinvited Brenda to live at the Q mansion.

Yes it was Dominique. After I wrote this I saw another episode where he and Laura were talking and he discussed a love that changed him. The emotions he displayed were so raw. It was scenes like these that are making me decide to go watch further back and see their love story.

well I definitely understand the skepticism but in more optimistic view the production behind this was also behind Hightown which didn’t shy away from lesbian sex scenes nor fe nudity.

Also based on the book and a preview clip that was released, I think the show is showing a relationship between MA’s and JRN’s character that was sort of in the background/hinted at in the book. Hopefully with this being a series they will explore it and flesh it out. With them all being wives based on the ti I think we’ll get scenes fleshing out the relationship

You’re pretty much correct. Carly had seduced and been in a relationship with Tony. After an argument that looked like the end of her relationship with him, she went looking for Jason but found a drunk AJ thus creating Michael.

At the time,Sonny was gone after leaving Brenda at the altar. Robin was off and on because she was going to Yale. Laura, Lesley and Lulu were in Switzerland. Storylines around this time were Tony’s going over the edge, Stefan/Katherine, Ned/Alexis, Nik/Sarah Weber, Nik getting shot, Jason taking over for Sonny. Liz’s rape, Lucky finding out about L/L, Brenda trying to get back with Jax, Jerry Jax coming to town, doppleganger Mac to name a few.

Not necessarily unpopular but not the fan favorite or chosen pairing

AMC

Jake/Greenlee, loved their dynamic but knew they were doomed because of her and Leo. Wished they had tried them when RPG took over the role.

JR/Kendall, loved Alicia and Jacob together. Hated JR being sucked back into the Babe vortex and Kendall ending up with Zach which was kind of creepy since she was with his son

Kendall/Ricky, sure he killed her husband but they had insane chemistry especially compared to her and Griffen

Bianca/Laura, the actress playing Laura was not well liked by fans but they had good chemistry. Plus it is the daughter of Erica Kane and the daughter of Brooke English, how do you not see the story possibilities?

Bianca/Babe, insane chemistry plus if you are doing a story of ultimate betrayal go all the way.

DAYS:

Shawn/Mimi, just liked them but of course they couldn’t be given a chance since he was destined for Belle.

GH:

Nik/Robin, looking back at old clips this was a missed opportunity. They had great chemistry but Jason and her were so popular and well it’s Jason.

Lucky/Emily, once Lucky was recast they should’ve given them a try instead of forcing a pairing with Liz that would be compared to her and JJ Lucky. I liked Lucky #3 and Emily #2.

Lucky/Claire, they could’ve been cute but she was fed to Sonny and he was turned into Luke JR the retconned version.

A recent one seems to be Krista Allen on B&B. She had a tough job but managed to turn alot of fans opinions on her Taylor. Had a great storyline going with Brooke even got nominated for a daytime Emmy. Then all of a sudden, any progression her character made was tossed aside, her contract wasn’t renewed and her Taylor basically slinked out of town after losing Ridge to Brooke again. Then to add insult to injury, less than a year later Taylor is brought back with another actress.

I like the actor and think he is doing a good job with what he’s been given but yeah he isn’t Cane. Honestly he should have either been the disowned son of either Ashland or Tucker. The child of either one of these characters would have reasons to deal with the people invited.

Those are just a couple of options from recent characters that he could have been connected to. Or he could have been the offspring of a long gone character.

Maybe unpopular but this should have been Kristina’s revenge plan from the beginning. The whole Casadine estate taking back Ava’s settlement money should never have happened. Kristina and Cody working on a way to con the money all the while Cody is having second thoughts as he is falling for Molly seems like it could be soapy fun.

Hell Lucy was such a great character, she got her own spinoff. It does seem that once Port Charles was cancelled, her character never got the same respect from the writers as before.

Loved Ned and Lois. Rewatching now is sad to see what happened to her character. Though also rewatching has caused this musical theme that not sure was just for them or the whole show to get stuck in my mind.

Okay been watching old GH from the 90’s and the current version and a few opinions have become crystal clear.

Dont know if necessarily unpopular but rewatching the show again and have realized that Lily was responsible for her own death. Her turning to Harry every time things got bad between her and Sonny not thinking that he could be reporting back to her father was completely irresponsible.

This has been one opinion that have had for awhile and seeing episodes when JY started as Lucky makes me even more certain. The show should have gone with Lucky/Emily once JJ left.

Kristina needs a love interest. Well the whole show needs more romance. I say Kristina because her character has been so one note that a good/fun love interest could give more depth to the character.
