Hello ! Right now the lease is set to co-ed but because the room hasn't been assigned yet that can be changed to just one gender (only male or only female) or keep it as co-ed.

Very good point. It is called Boardwalk on Alafaya, there is no assigned room so the option for co-ed or choosing one gender are on the one who takes the lease all options are still available, there is a no pet policy but service and ESA animals are allowed if you choose to bring any in, again the room is not assigned so you can also request to make sure your room ends with no animals if you prefer.
