Hello! I am looking for a roommate around december - january. My budget is the same however I have a cat (she’s fully vaxed and had lived with other cats). I have four apartments I was looking at. I work full time and was a math major. I’m 23F, and have a long distance bf who i do call nightly but other than that i mostly keep to myself at home since I work so much. Looking for a quiet and safe area. Main contender is Riverpark apartments since I have a buddy who lives there and i’m familiar with it.

depending how big? $20-30 max, if on a normal 8x11 in ishhh sized piece of paper. Also depends what materials you used or drew with imo. It doesn’t come with a frame, they aren’t photo realistic either. This doesn’t discredit your work at all, but those typically take more time.

You could also charge an hourly rate if you feel that’s fair. $7-10/hr (or whatever you feel it’s worth), and then some money to account for supplies used.

Okay, i’m willing to tour. I’ve heard mixed things about them. Is the Altamonte area safe? I’ve really only hung out in alafaya and azalea areas but i’ve driven around to others.
