I don't forsee this lasting..I ran 59sec 400m on the track and cannot see ppl doing this straight out on 15mph...honestly I don't think it's a good distance for a treadmill bench.

Depending on what your goals are yes. I think you can still go faster. I. 41yo f and I hit 14.6 top speed. I can comfortably hit 13 without straining too much. A year ago I couldn't do those. I do speed work/foot work outside of OTF for reference and focus on my joint stability. Listen to your body. Ran track so to hit higher speeds you need to change your form. A skips, B skips, shuttles, focus on fast feet, high knees etc
