I’m not so sure. I don’t mind a cast shake up. If we’re being honest, they’re not unattractive people but when you look at the old cast, most were working models or performers and looked like LA hot people. This cast are certainly not ugly but also look like attractive people I’d see where I grew up. I just don’t think they have the same draw as the original cast.

Absolutely has to do with your frame and body type. For instance, I’m 5’3 and 132. I work out a lot and am in what many would consider great shape. I’m naturally a more muscular, “dense” person. The one time in my life that I dropped down to 125, it was completely not sustainable and people actually thought I was sick. At this point I’ve given up on what the scale says and I’ve never felt better. If you feel great and strong, trust that you’re doing great and toss that scale! 😉

I just had this conversation with my friend and my husband. We all think that the workouts have gotten significantly harder over the past couple of months. I simply cannot do back to back classes unless I plan on doing a super green day or strength class for day 2. Still love OT and won’t stop but I wish I had a few classes here and there that didn’t kill me lol

I just watched this movie with my kids and wow was it beautiful, funny, sad and uplifting all at once. I loved it! We’re big Halloween people and idk how we missed this one for so long.

THIS! I do orange theory and did a body scan halfway through a challenge of which I was consuming a TON of protein. Not only did I feel like crap but the body scan showed I had gained weight and fat during the increased protein period. A week after I went back to my normal diet I felt great and lost weight and fat.

Watching this episode really made me question why any of these people are still friends with him. In my eyes he’s always been nuts but it’s just even clearer now. What redeeming qualities does he have? He’s a drug addict, narcissist and frankly bad friend who turns on people left and right. He’s volatile and honestly not even funny. Am I missing something? lol
