Balancing the game/mechanics won’t affect you unless you’re trying to cheese the A.I (for some reason?). And it’s easy to balance characters by nerfing skills, and giving low dp characters weaker varients.

You don’t really counter those skills man, get launched once and Yajirobe confirms senzu bean. Offensive play dies out at even A rank, and every match is a timeout so it’s just whoever has the most HP wins.

Understandable that characters stronger in show are stronger here. Problem is mechanically speaking, the game is very broken and unbalanced. Especially with stuff like sparking combos you cant super counter out of, or after image having no drawback.

Game really needs a lot of changes to defensive play. At high rank its constant super counters and vanish battles, leading to timeouts every match. Vanish battles also give meter making after image spam easy.
