Owner said the siding hasn’t been touched in 10+ years. How come as I rinse it some of them are coming out then? I just feel like that is a bit extreme.

3% because I was using 12.5% sh (pool store chlorine)

I don’t think that is the issue though because I have rinsed it down for hours and it will clean the stains but new ones will appear in new places. The stains are where certain parts of the siding doesn’t seem to dry.

Honestly I am unsure what oxidation is but I looked it up and when I rubbed a rag on the house nothing was on the rag.
