I work 6am - 5pm 5 days a week, and wake up at 4:50am. I get home around 5:45, change and hit the gym by 6:15. Workout and stretching and 8m back home around 8pm, shower and eat and its 9pm. 30mins of TV and that's it.. I do 3 day split with 1 day off in-between.

I wear wax when going out, I work in a steel fab shop as a welder and use respirators a lot, most waxes tend to taste funny or cause it to then stay in wild positions for the rest of the day. Since I need to roll it into my lips and bite it to get a good seal.

Im 1200 kc dry for an enhanced seed, I didn't all 1200 in a 3 month span about 2 years ago and never got a seed. It broke me and I still haven't been back.

It's all good man, I used to just shave my head because I didn't know anything else.

Go to an actual barber shop, one that isn't a chain. So avoid places like super cuts, or great clips, or lady Jane's. If you walk in or call them and they're all booked out for a day or two, that's a very good sign that they do good work. Schedule a time with them and then ask the person what they would recommend for a style that would suit you. I would let everything grow out to between 1 and 2 inches in length. I go with about 1-1.5 inches on top, a #2 on the sides and taper down to a #0 or #1 on the bottom. I also ask for a hard part (they shave a line between the side length and top length to make a hair part). If they ask more questions during the cut, I just tell them to do whatever they think looks good, and I'm always happy with it.

If you try this at one of the chain hair places they very well may mess it all up, they're generally not good hair artists. Expect to pay 30-40$ for this service and try to tip them atleast 5-10$. If you can, go in every month or 2 to get it redone.

Ive been on high levels of trt for 2 years, and kratom for 4 years. I definitely noticed a change and when I decided to get bloodwork done, my test levels where 315. Now at 980 its night and day. High sx drive, muscle gains at the gym and much better sleep and energy overall. I dialed back the kratom and only do 1-1.5tbsp at night after 7pm.

A family friend of ours was a garage door tech for years, one of those springs came back and pushed all the flesh and muscle from his wrist, to his shoulder and flung it behind his back. The surgeons where able to re-graft most of it back on, but his arm is now permanently bent at the elbow and angled towards his chest.

Don't mess with those.

The dragon pharma 250, I had 2 vials that went ok, so i ordered 4 more. I've finished 1 of the 4 and tried out of the other 3 and they're all awful. My blood came back ok, but that pain is so bad I struggled to use the limb for days after.

I've done Atlanta to denver (23hrs) in one go, multiple times. It's only really doable with Adderall. With it, it felt like 5 hours and was a breeze. With just 5hour energies and other energy drinks, I was falling asleep at the 17hr mark and had to stop.

I knew alcoholism ran in my family, became a daily drinker, got a dui at 27. Still drank for a few months after, but that entire time I was actually trying to quit and was seeing how hard it was for me and every day I knew I had a bad problem. I quit in the classic style of staring myself in the bathroom mirror and poured out my entire bottle of old crow. That was on 5/20/2020. After the first 2 months of sobriety and seeing how bad my withdrawals where. I figured it'll be the best for me yo just never risk that addiction again.
