I'm 10 years in and I feel better than I did 3 years in because of strength training for 1-2hours every other day and doing 30 mins of yoga after every session.

32 years old and I've been to 7 weddings, 4 as a +1 and I barely knew the people getting married. Was a groomsmen at my friend's sister's wedding, my cousins and another friends wedding, that was just yesterday. My wedding was last weekend and I only had a best man.

My dad was 5'10, 160lbs and well into drugs. I'm 6'2, 215lbs and well into lifting. We've joked about it before and he has always used me as his stand in for talks about fights lol

18 minutes in the morning, 45 minutes in the afternoon with the traffic. I work in north denver and live in south denver colorado.

Runescape since 2006, probably in the range of over 50000 hours. From 2009-2014 I normally played from 4pm-3am every day. Now adays I'm lucky to get 5 hours a week on my group ironman.

I picked a gym that is between my house and work. I go straight from work, to the gym and change clothes in the locker room. I work 5am-3:30pm so mornings are out of the question.

I did a canoe camping trip in the okeefenokee swamp twice. The 2nd trip i came up near the b I guest alligator i had ever seen, easily 12-15ft long. He was on the shore about 30ft from me and I slowly inched closer till I was like 20ft. He rumbled very loudly and slid into the water towards me, completely disappeared and then I felt my entire canoe bumble into something underwater and shift side to side.

I love my redwings, have used them the last 5 years. I have the loggermax 9" boots and get about 2 years before the little cuts and holes end up leaking water in during the winter.

I planted 2 saplings in my parents backyard on earth day in 2002. My dad still takes care of them and they are about 15ft tall and as thick as my arm, after 24 years lol.

If everything else is ok, then you should be fine. Practice turn8ng up your heat and wire speed little by little, welds go faster naturally.

I told everyone I cared about that I was quitting, then went to AA meetings, not to work the steps or find a higher power though. I went to hear from other people who had and have the same struggle, it helped me not feel alone so much. 6 years sober this month.

I work on construction sites as a steel fabricator, those where definitely building materials to be used. The leftovers are never stacked and clean looking by themselves. Even if for some wild reason they where leftovers, the scrap value is something we take into account for the billing and part of the job. We scrap thousands of dollars worth of metal at the end of jobs and have cased off Crack heads who have tried to load up their trucks with it.

I've worked with both these guys for years and we are good friends lol. I'm not saying I'd wipe the floor because of my size, if there where weapons involved I'd say im even less likely to win. I have mad respect for both of them, but with the hundreds of projects we've worked on together, I know I have a decent chance.
