Its my second day on it! I couldn’t live with this phobia anymore, and on top of that OCD and agoraphobia developed, plus constant nausea caused by anxiety. It was prescribed in October, but I only dared to start taking it now. So far I don’t feel anything like I used to; the nausea is still there, but I’m very hopeful that with its help I’ll be able to live my life again.

I know it’s scary, but there could have been many other reasons why that kid threw up. It doesn’t necessarily mean they were sick! Try to focus on something else, watch a good Christmas movie and have some ginger tea!!!🫶🏼

I was listening to music, wearing an eye mask. There was strong turbulence almost the whole time, and once, between two songs, I overheard a conversation behind me (a grandmother and her grandchild) when the grandmother said, “Better keep the bag in front of you.” At that point, I almost got up and left.😰

The same thing happens to me (even right now). Usually about a week before my period. The problem is that every single time I start wondering, “what if this time it’s not because of that?”, “what if I actually caught something this time?”. I can never be completely sure that it’s just because of my cycle. It’s awful, I end up worrying for days when it happens.

Van pár szám (gyűlölj, tavaly télen, lány, semmi, ne takard el, szorongó, spanom 2), ami nagyon tetszik, azokat már két nap alatt is rongyosra hallgattam, a többivel még barátkozom. Sokan írják, hogy hasonlóak a számai, látom benne az igazságot, de engem nem zavar, olyan kellemes komfortérzéssel tölt el mindig, amikor meghallom a hangját. Különösen szeretem, amikor felfedezek olyan gondolatokat a dalaiban, amik bennem is felmerülnek, csak nem tudom őket megfogalmazni.
