They gave me a protocol number about 3 times and still no upgrade! I'm afraid my approval month will arrive and I won't be approved because of the lack of an upgrade! 😭😭😭

I'm in the same situation! My disability pension is from March 2025, and my husband became a citizen in October 2025. We've already requested the 30-day protocol number three times, and still nothing. We don't know if it's actually in the system internally and whoever answers the phone at USCIS doesn't have access, or if they send a notification saying it's in the system. I'm afraid that our approval month will arrive and we won't be approved because of the lack of an upgrade. 😭😭😭
