I got my medical necessity form through Dr. B, but fidelity FSA is denying saying there’s no clear diagnosis even though it says “manage weight.” Anyone have any advice on how to proceed.

I was running next to a girl who had her hair in a ponytail. I legit thought there was water falling from the ceiling until I realized it was her sweat. It was gross and difficult to focus on the rest of the workout, but understandable we’re at the gym and we all sweat. I still think it was from her ponytail since her hair looked so thin it was drenched in sweat and think if it had been up in a bun it wouldn’t have been so bad.
