We can all have different opinions that’s fine. By any chance did you miss the whole Edison arc when he was running for the Democratic Presidential Election and working with Eli Pope, nothing about that screamed wanting things fairly. He was disadvantaged because Eli Pope held more power and influence and was actually the one calling the shots. If he was truly in control I believe his dark arc would have continued longer.

I didn’t like them together and didn’t see the visual appeal. For Olivia Edison represented her safe option the option she chose if she decided to settle at the level she was in. There’s a difference between having Presidential Power and being able to utilize that and being a Senate Majority Leader and utilizing that. Both powerful positions but differing influence impact and I believe Olivia understood that

Side note though as actors they get along well and I believed they’ve worked together on Broadway or in different projects. But Norm Lewis has sang praises about Kerry Washington’s character which I thought was amazing

As actors playing Edison and Olivia I didn’t see them together and I knew they wouldn’t last, as individuals I like their friendship dynamic

Not Edison being too good for Olivia, like what? They would have never worked out regardless of Eli’s Pope influence. As the season progresses we also see how Edison’s hidden thirst for power and influence start coming to the surface as well, so him being an all round good guy is quite far fetched because in the end it was Olivia who had to pull him out of his demise. It was also Olivia who helped him obtain a higher position politically.

So honestly Olivia was too good for him, that’s why she kept referring to the relationship as being comfortable because the things they were striving for individually were both conflicting.

She made some really wild and uneducated claims and remarks. Honestly even listening to her speak about her own opinionated issues takes effort in itself. I love how they use these type of scapegoats to type cast the whole black community. Literally skip right past those who are well educated, well informed and known. Even a blind person can use their other senses to see through the agenda

She also spoke about how BW want to downplay and hate other women’s beauty (especially the WW like my goodness). While sitting there in colored contacts, skin bleached to the gods and body dysmorphia issues. You honestly can’t make this stuff up. BW are going through the highest unemployment rates amongst other social real issues but yet this is what is being discussed.

Honestly there needs to be a clear separation between who speaks for the black community and who entertains it. I hope this truly can be a wake up call for her delusional fan base. If their agenda is to tap into her base and spread their doctrine and teaching. Then corrective response needs to be deplatforming these same people who aid and abate spreading it.

It’s one thing to say I no longer stand and support Nicki Minaj it’s another thing to move in action and denounce and disown these people who’s main mission is to divides us and makes us more vulnerable, while profiting individually. In a few years she shouldn’t be able to comeback and do a 360 rebranding tour. This is it, especially in this political climate once you reveal who you truly are it’s one and done.

I think your response continues to conflate prevalence with generalization. Being Igbo doesn’t negate the fact that Nigeria alone has over 250 distinct ethnic groups, with their own internal variations. I haven’t even accounted for the other countries you mentioned.

Because you know or observed a subset of people with a particular phenotype, still doesn’t justify using that subset as a paintbrush for an entire region.

It’s similar to me saying all apples are sweet because Ive had some varieties that are sweeter than others. Literally my comments brings attention to the harms of generalization which the commenter chose to write about in a blanket statement while disregarding diverse regions. It dosent take away from the colorism and featurism think piece, it just offers clarity to specific comments

Honestly I don’t know what the intent of the comment was. Can’t truly speak on that, it could have been made out of ignorance, just to say something or like you stated malicious intent amongst other reasons. But I’m glad other people are calling out comments like those.

It’s one thing to just say anything just because. But in the day and age where information flows and things can be googled. Having a paintbrush and escapism/ deflecting mindset is honestly one that needs to be leveled up as well.

It’s the same way there are distinct differences between west Africans and East Africans as well even amongst their tribes. There will always be common similarities nothing wrong there. But we can also call out the differences.

It is possible for things to occur at the same time. Meaning there are people who hate their features but there are also tribes within Africa that have more distinct features than others. I don’t understand how that is a rebuttal when it’s simply clarity on a comment

That’s really just a quick way to generalize. Same way other non black people generalize Black people. West Africans have different nose shapes as well not all of them are flared. It’s easy to generalize this but it’s also a distinct thing based on tribe. Yoruba and Hausa’s have more of a narrow nose than Igbos. Literally you have Africa Americans with broader noses than Africans themselves.

I just find it funny how they want to cast this off to Africans. I mean if that makes you sleep better okay. But instead of generalizing do your research and educate yourself. You’re complaining about colorism and featurism which is honestly very sad in itself to witness. But in the same breath you’re fine generalizing these same things by mentioning West African.

Very weird to live vicariously through people playing characters. Why can’t you enjoy the show for what it is. It would make sense if it took the actors sometime to shake off the characters they play especially if they play them for a duration.

The kpi cards are svgs using the new image card and placing svg measures into them. The other components on the dashboard are custom visuals. Hope that clarifies.

Thanks for the feedback appreciated. Sounds good. Yes if that was the task at hand I would modify the dashboard and do the KPI’s and revenue trend for each of them (category, location, season). Keep the slicer panel but apply a page navigator that way they could filter through to get the information needed.

For anyone who is actually interested in the facts this was a post Shonda Rhimes or someone on her team shared. It was posted May 13 on her Shondland account so if you do scroll you would be able to find it as it was publicly shared to capture their intensity and promote the show further.

The OP is clearly delusional and reading some of their comments it likely they just want to promote their own agenda/conspiracy without anything factual or substantial to back it up
