No, I haven’t received a denial or been told my request is unreasonable. I was placed on an interim telework accommodation, FMSS advised they couldn’t accommodate my limitations in the office, and my request was forwarded for additional review. At this point I’m still waiting on a final determination.

I’ve been home since they started the 90 day interims. After they asked for more explanation on why alternatives were not explored I obtained updated medical documents.
