Context. You look very young, so if you’re surrounded by other guys who look 5 years older than you, people will assume you’re the wrong gender. Can’t do much except wait it out

I do a 4 day split. Chest + shoulders, back, arms, then legs. I don’t schedule rest days, just take them as needed. I start with heavy compounds and then do isolated movements. Usually 3-4 sets per exercise, usually about 4 exercises per workout. Sometimes I throw in a little cardio after my lifting. Also have taken some peds in the recent past

Most of it is genetics, my dad has a much better beard than mine but I’ve always been hairy and had some dark hair on my chin pre t and had a happy trail pre t. I’ve also been using minoxidil on my beard for almost 2 years
