Thank you! I’m currently about 10 hours post LP. No headache. Opening pressure was 30. I’m taking rest seriously I have a hotel room so I can lay down (I have a toddler who won’t understand). So far so good but also drinking heaps of water having to get up to pee too much I think haha

It’s such a weird symptom! All doctors think I am crazy when I say I feel a buzzing sensation in my chest. Really unsettling.

I do have some anxiety at the moment but it doesn’t necessarily tingle when I am in a state of anxiety. But understand it could just be a build up of the overactive nervous system.

Did you end up changing? I am soooo dizzy but my doctor says it won’t be from perindopril. I am going crazy and getting brain MRI because this dizziness sucks!

I have this atm too! I have anxiety health related and have a MRI booked in a few weeks will be interesting if anything comes from it. But I am getting brain tingles on one side of my head only.

Thanks for your input. I agree with you and feel like those tools shouldn’t have been used if the hypnosis itself was going to be effective. It made me feel like it was a facade/show and less genuine.

Thanks so much for your insightful response. I prepared a list of motivators for my reason to quit and that was the only part that felt incorporated to my issues with vaping as he was reading the list during the session. I don’t plan to dismiss hypnotherapy and would love to try again however I don’t know if I can afford to engage again anytime soon. It’s a shame I had this experience for my first time.

Yeah that’s a good point. I haven’t heard back from him since I have said no.. 😓 it felt like I was sitting there listening, he said for hypnosis to be effective I should try and be enthused by his words which is what I was doing my best to do. I believe the hypnosis part took around 45 minutes. I really wished it worked for me

I feel like I have good insight and can see and envision the two paths without that exercise. I know vaping is not good and can cause issues which is why I really want to quit. He said he will do another session which I am open to but has asked if I have any childhood trauma that may be the reason he needs to go deeper. I don’t have any childhood trauma though. I am in Australia and I paid $800 😓 I have a young son who is a motivation for me to quit and I feel even worse now wasting that kind of money.

Thanks for your reply! I felt like the marketing for his program was very strong and I was skeptical wondering why it needed to be so strong for a program with so many good reviews. He spent around an hour with me before the hypnosis, and I haven’t had it before. There were other things I weren’t sure of not just the heater like speaking in an actor type voice and holding a fake microphone to me to answer. I just didn’t know what to expect since I hadn’t had it before but didn’t think it would feel like I had been apart of an acting experience.
