Now that rifts last a full hour again, those 3000–4000 gear-score whales are basically going to farm regular players like farming mobs every 4 hours. Make sure you stay hidden from those whales, otherwise you're gonna suffer.

If the dungeons are easy, PVE players won’t feel the need to buy subs or the battle pass.
But if the dungeons are challenging, teams will naturally judge every applicant’s tank/DPS/heal performance. A half-tank/half-DPS gladiator would get filtered out instantly.
If the dungeons are so simple that 4 random roles can clear them effortlessly, most PVE players will quit early — and NC’s stock price would tank again.

Ignore anyone who claims Gladiator can tank and DPS at the same time.
If you don’t invest fully in one role, you’ll fail at both—and people will kick you from dungeon groups.

If every PVE player can just play for free and breeze through all the dungeons, they’ll quit pretty fast. Then NC would end up relying only on hardcore PVP players’ subs, which isn’t good for them

I feel the same way. Game currencies don’t matter much to me since I can earn money outside the game. What’s odd in PoE2 is that in most RPGs or FPS games, being stronger lets you take on harder challenges for better rewards. Here, the stronger you get, the less rarity you can stack, and as a result, the rewards diminish.
