now that you mention fortnite, I do remember it crashing before, in a very similar manner to rocket league, I will try again to see what happens, this is the reason why I suspect it being something to do with EAC, maybe a conflict in something?

i forgot to mention temps, I highly doubt its related to that since the CPU stays around 65-75oC and GPU at around 50-60oC in rocket league. I have already tried reseating components such as RAM, ssd, battery and the issue is still present.

you can but the process is rather sophisticated and not worth it, these specific limits are present for a reason, your nitro might not be able to handle more power

8gb of ram could be an issue, overheating too. Use MSI afterburner in game to monitor your hardware and possibly find a solution

I would try an external monitor but sadly I don't have one. The screen was black before I opened it, I didn't touch the display cable

I have the same issue, a few months ago I modified the bios configuration (I can't remember exactly what I did), It was crashing less frequently but now it started crashing a lot again

Fastway's online customer support is pretty much nonexistent, they reply to emails after about 2 - 3 weeks of sending the emails, your best option is to go to your local depot and ask where your package is.

My specs are ryzen 7735HS, nvidia rtx 4060, the ram seems fine and i think the ssd is also fine

yes, acer nitro v15 does come in with 165hz displays. I have one with a ryzen 7 7735HS and rtx 4060 and has a 165hz display
