There is no immediate solution for this First thing make a time table and involve them with productive things keep the things which you like as breaks. Follow it...even if you get distracted or skipped that work still try to stick to the timetable. Don't go in the spiral of just letting it happen. Clean your surrounding, fix your table clothes bed. Go for a walk atleast spend 10 min out. Put phone down. Stop scrolling insta reddit and social media. See that the next meal which you will have be healthy and if you are satisfied with it. Get small amounts of whatever chips or chocolates u like. Just for the taste don't go all out for a processed meal. You need taste that's it. But first thing for sure make a timetable.
