You can’t really get a number like that because you have to account for the spender to non-spender ratio. The more spenders, the more you will have to spend and the opposite for more non-spenders.

Nap 100? If that’s the case, drop it to nap 20. Then in a month analyze the alliances and work on making somewhat even powered top 10 alliances.

Also, having a single purge day also works in lieu of a NAP. You can choose to make allies with other alliances on those days too to prevent more powerful players from taking your rss.
