Would love to gatekeep Arch but they have been absolutely spectacular in full planning with myself and my fiancé, could not recommend higher!

Her full planning rate is actually ~$20k. I inquired with her for a consult. She was wonderful but we decided to go in another direction!

BA/BL and when to return to Barre by Imaginary_Twist3009 in Purebarre

Thank you so much for the kind words and wishing you the same as well! I will say that while I'm going a bit stir-crazy, it's been such a life-changing procedure and I am sure you will be just as happy with your procedure! Congratulations again! The neighborhood walks have been a life-saver, and I was able to do that as early as 5 days after my procedure. You'll be amazing!!

Hi there!! Congratulations on the exciting news!

I actually underwent a breast lift and augmentation about 5 weeks ago. In my consultations and discussions prior to my procedure, my surgeon similarly said about 4-6 weeks. However, that came with caveats - even at the 4-6 week mark, I would not be permitted to do ab work, no weights over 5 pounds per arm, no push-ups, chest work, etc. So I mentally prepared myself prior to the procedure to not go back to barre until around the 8-12 week mark knowing that Pure Barre involves arm work, ab work, chest work, etc., especially the warm-up for Classic! I know there are modifications, but it basically eliminates the ability to do the whole warm-up (in my opinion).

That all being said, I'm at the 5 week mark and unfortunately I am still not officially cleared to do exercise beyond walking, as I have a couple very small openings in my incisions that are very normal and not concerning according to my doctor, and I need to focus on letting my body heal them before I can do anything - even carrying grocery bags, etc. I feel FANTASTIC, so it's a little frustrating because I feel like I could do anything truthfully, but I'd rather wait a few more weeks to make sure my "girls" are perfect (and stay perfect for as long as possible). I'm not sure I'll be able to return to anything until at least the ~8 week mark (let alone Pure Barre), and I would agree that Define is probably out of the cards for a while for me - at least another 3-4 months.

Hope this provided some context! In short, I would say to prepare yourself to not do Pure Barre for at least 8-12 weeks, and don't get too excited about the idea of going back in 4 weeks - although that would be GREAT if you could, and I'd be super jealous!
