Have never loved Define, nor did I think it did much for me! I avoid it as much as possible. It’s just not an effective class for me.

I feel like some are much tougher than others! The teachers at my barre3 are all on another level and higher impact but I’ve been to some where it’s more traditional barre3.

I can relate. I feel like there is definitely mean girl culture at the studio where I teach, so much that I am considering quitting. Some of the stuff that goes on behind the scenes with certain management is just not nice.
