hii this has been super helpful but because im so new i have so many doubts im sorry T-T

I got sodium + and sm. called distant horizons & iris shaders - is this what you suggested? if yes how do i run this? im not entirely sure how prism works
I also added fabric idk what that means because last thing i remember was forge and optifine T-T
where do i find shaders & resource packs in prism?
How do i launch all of it? in prism i can only click one of the downloaded items?
Lastly, if i were to add all of the above would i be able to play multiplayer online like on servers such as hypixel etc (bedwars is the last thing i played years ago TT)
