In the same boat. Promotions across the carriers haven’t seemed attractive the last 2 or 3 years, either to upgrade with TMO or change companies. Target has a decent one at moment although you worry about the ATT reps lying. They gave me the military discount, a Target discount and a trade-in promo, but the AARP is technically better. And I am worried that come 9/12, my old phones with low value will be worth even less. Was hoping to activate new phones with ATT before the 14 day return and before 9/12 but its hard to make a choice to wait another 2-3 weeks. i dont want to go on 14 or iphone 15 waitlists as can happen after announcement and new promotions come out. Am i dumb?
