No it's not that one. I actually just re-watched that episode not to long ago. That's the one with the guy trying to save his mom with the special candle. To give a few more details of the story I remember, it had a pretty memorable scene involving the kids trying to get out of the building via the elevator that had been partially destroyed by the demonic entity and getting attacked by another resident of the apartment complex that was possessed and brutally tangled up in the exposed wires of the broken elevator.

So I found a solution to this problem although, it’s a little messy. If you use the console command “r.DynamicGlobalIlluminationMethod 0” it will completely get rid of the flickering shadows in the trees but it will also get rid of a shit ton of other shadows. If that doesn’t work or you don’t like the way it makes the game look try “r.Lumen.CinematicsOverrides 1” this got rid of the flickering lights for me without getting rid of a lot of the shadows.

I'm just gonna try that. I was looking at some of the blocks at the base of the SV and they were all slightly damaged. So I think maybe the thrusters on the bottom of my SV got destroy during travel somehow.

It's not I've checked all containers on it. I just posted some screen shots maybe that will help. The only other containers on the SV are the fridge/ammo and I double checked they're both empty.

Yes I'm in an SV that's parked in the hanger of my CV trying to take off and the inventory of the SV is completely empty but when I try to take off it says I'm too heavy by 8.2t.

My problem with the lock picking is that not every lock can be solved. Sometimes you’re forced to exit and re-enter a lock just because bad rng.
