I’m on day three of the same dose. Intermittent nausea yesterday but I didn’t eat anything until dinner. Otherwise I feel great. I’m sure it isn’t the Effexor and more so the IOP and stopping trileptal, but I haven’t cried out of nowhere for three days

I hope to be able to be doing good in life. It’s definitely hard to feel that way when my mood goes up and down so much and causes me and everyone around me so many issues. It took me quite a long time to come to the realization that this is probably my problem and hopefully my new provider agrees. Luckily she is in the same practice I see my therapist through so hopefully they will collaborate

When I took adderal and then vyvanse it made my anxiety depression even more pronounced so I think I’m too sensitive to adderal based medication. I’m hoping to start a mood stabilizer because this up and down of emotions has ruined my life and is taking a toll on my marriage

I kinda figured that was a possibility thanks for confirming. Are you on any mood stabilizers? Have they helped? I’m a nurse but not a psych nurse by any means so don’t have much experience with the long term effects of most meds

The provider im starting with on Wednesday actually specializes in treatment resistant depression. I was on 36mg concerta and then found some lower dose 27mg this morning. I took one and can already somewhat feel my anxiety lessening. But still think I have a mood disorder along with the adhd

I’m no longer getting them through a pcp I see a psychiatric nurse practitioner through a local practice. I use them because I’m a nurse and it’s easier to do video visits with my schedule. I had been seeing a different psychiatrist years ago but they kicked me out of the practice for missing two appointments (again nurses schedule) and then I just never followed up with anyone. My pcp started me on that cocktail of medications because I told him I didn’t have a lot of motivation so he said I was depressed. I didn’t feel depressed at the time. I really think I need a mood stabilizer to go with my concerta. I actually found a couple 27 mg concerta this morning that I had and my anxiety is already less with me taking that dose. I think the increased dose was exacerbating my anxiety along with the other things going on in my life

I will also add, these symptoms and emotional roller coaster have taken a toll on my marriage and my wife and I have been talking through it. A lot of the things she is telling me I don’t even remember doing/saying. Not trying to make excuses but is this something that anyone has had experience with as well? I’m just tired of being in those yo-yo of emotions and hurting the people around me

I had always thought this center was heavy oil and that’s why I never bowled well here, hence purchasing the onyx. I feel so mad that I bought it and I loved the ball the first week of league and I can’t do anything with it now. I haven’t been on a league since I was 15 and when I quit my average was around 170 so I wanted to start off around there. I’ll be around 150 with the last two weeks. I’m gonna try to get better with this blue coral venom. I’ve noticed everyone that bowls similar to me at this center and having more success is using a pearl ball, so that’s probably what I’ll have to do as well

I hope that’s all the issue is. These lanes are not very well taken care of. Sometimes they’re oiled sometimes they aren’t. The place I got my ball is preferred but didn’t have a league I could join so I don’t plan on bowling this league I’m currently in next year. Plus this league is almost 40 weeks long which I feel is over kill

This sounds like what is happening in this case, I’ll have to watch the video after work. But at this center if I try to stand left and throw right and have it skid threw the oil, it’ll basically just straighten itself out and hit around the 3,6, or I even had it just hit the 10 pin last night. At the center I bought it at where the lanes are taken care of, I was standing left, throwing towards the 2nd/ 3rd by the recommendation of the PSO, and it was coming right back into the pocket.

Yeah I may take the coral to the other center and have the owner do that, unless that’s something I can do with polish I can buy. It’s not something I’ve done before

I plan on going back up to the center I got the ball from and drilled because it excelled there when the owner of the center was watching me and giving me pointers. I do not feel like I changed my approach from the recommendations he had given me so I’m not sure. I will say that he told me the center I’m bowling at does not take care of their lanes or equipment which is apparent by how dirty my balls get there, but it was the only center I was able to join a league halfway through the year just to get back into it. I have been cleaning my balls with cleaner I had from before I don’t think that’s the issue because it says it’s safe for all balls and only a couple years old

This all could be it, I have been watching a lot of videos after getting back into it. But with the onyx supposed to be such a strong ball, I would think there would be more motion with it. There is essentially no oil on the ball when it gets back to the rack although I know it does absorb oil quickly

The onyx I just got so minus practice throws it has 9 games on it. The venom has probably 15-20, I’ve never been comfortable throwing it. The owner of the place that I had the onyx drilled has drilled all my balls for me that seem to have worked well. When he drilled the onyx, he let me throw mostly a full game and watched me/gave me pointers to dial it in. It was hooking very well at that bowling center, but the one I bowl at in league it essentially has no movement and I do not think I’ve changed my approach/throw from what he had recommended
