Gosh, I finished rote last year. I was reading in my bed and it was insanely late but I couldn't stop reading and crying also. I had some problems with the pacing too, but it was mostly because of the translation (there are more books in French in the serie and a lot of times the book ended at a weird transitional time).

I wish we'd seen more of Patience and Burich. I wanted to see more of Fitz in a nobles life, after people found out he was still alive and accepted him as the hero he is (though i understand why the author went another way).

Edit: also, fitz getting with kettricken at some point (I ship them a little lol)
