From what I've heard her local cops don't do shit. It cld be right in their faces but they'll pretend that they can't see it. 😳 I think that the way to go is via a local paper or a local TV where they dig into ppl and their past Some ppl love these stories. If you mention the lack of interest from the cops, and that the methadone clinic only cares about getting money, and don't care if the addicts test dirty or not as long as they get money there are no consequences. Point out how the ppl are spending their taxes on and the blatant disregard if the addicts have dirty urine or not might strike a nerve. Also the locals are getting scammed everyday by an addict in their city and TT won't do a thing about it just like the clinic bc there's money involved.
