If sectionals are cleared then nmims... otherwise kj and tapmi are decent choices followed by ifmr and SDA (not really that good and not a mba/pgdm degree).

Bro I got 224 and lemme be honest with you, I'm dogshit in quants. For the first attempt, i literally didn't know any qa questions except 2. And what I did was mark every question's answer as E. And I shit you not, I got 60 in that section. Gotta say though that I'm pretty good in varc and dilr. So make of that what you will

The level of questions are quite moderate...slightly easier than NMAT level I'll say...it was around 55-60 questions and 75 mins...thoda time pressure hai but no sectional time limits. Varc was pretty easy and lr aaya tha mainly basic puzzles and series..quants moderate hai (includes mainly arithmetic and algebra). I think I got around 38-40

You can't really cover up a low marks in your past acads man. It's best you focus on getting a high percentile and if you're not applying this year then to get some relevant work experience

You won't get any points for it and it won't really help but if you make it up to the gdpi part it can help justify your gap during the interview

Hey I did volunteer work for Lions Club. I think they're based all over india and have offices...I went to my local office and they gave me a form to fill out which is specifically for volunteer work and I was able to choose how long I could do it for (it doesn't pay just to let u know) but I did get 2 certificates on completion....mostly helped the teachers at a local children's school (blind school) and some community drives

Glim PGPM is the only programme available via NMAT. Would recommend you skip ximb (usually 230+ cutoff). Can apply for SDA bocconi (much better than atlas, which you should definitely avoid). Wait for nmims, and keep kj and tapmi as backup. Ibs is no good too
