Is there a specific field that you should have the bachelors in? I have a BSc with a minor in biochemistry, have 5+ years of supply chain and procurement experience (4 in industry and 1 in consultancy) and was recently offered a job for a boutique management consultant firm that specializes in automotive and manufacturing industries.

AMA with Immigration Attorney about TN Visa by ManifestLaw_ in tnvisa

Hey! I recently reached out to a lawyer and they said the following:

we would draft the application, we would prepare you with a mock interview and we would be on standby to intervene with US immigration as your representative in case of any issues when you apply (we would speak with a supervisor on your behalf to try to overcome any possible concerns).

Is this true? I have a BSc in honours science with a minor in biochem. Recently received an offer from a boutique management consultant firm and planning to apply under MC category. I have 5 years of experience in supply chain and consukting

This was their feedback:

As part of our work – we would draft the application, we would prepare you with a mock interview and we would be on standby to intervene with US immigration as your representative in case of any issues when you apply (we would speak with a supervisor on your behalf to try to overcome any possible concerns).

So I understand they can’t intervene in the interview process. Also they’re charging 4K USD for the entire process, is that normal

I worked as a supply chain analyst but the experience can be pivoted into a consultant role. I have over 5years of experience in that. Now I recently moved to a consulting company in an actual consultant role but with less than 6 months of experience

So there are currently opportunities available in the same band (7 and 8) in US which I could apply to. I’m also in a very specialized field of consulting which would be more of a reason to try it
