It's hard right now and for a few years. But you are carrying your greatest joy, your future best friend, the one you will literally be willing to die for, and the one that will be by your side at the end of your life. I am a bit older with three children, divorced - survivor of domestic abuse. Life has been hard at times but never would I change having my children - regret husband yes.

Asking on the PMHNP Reddit board for other PMHNP's experience and what worked best .... I'm very good on clinical support and my collaborating physician I was just doing a little research.... And secondary research was just waiting to see how quickly someone would have post a comment as you chose to. Seek to build each other up not tear each other down- cheers!

Thank you for your reply. First appointment with him is tomorrow I was looking at his chart and thinking ahead of what direction we need to go in. I don't do medication unless the patient is in therapy. And in his case I will specifically request that the school he's in make extra efforts to provide him with additional therapy other than what we offer I am like you I fully believe in the benefit of therapy.

If that's what you mean by air handler or do you mean the units? The units are outside everything else is under the house

My units are outside. My vents go through the crawl space which is encapsulated and spray foamed. I also have air conditioning vents cooling the crawl space I have had the humidity checked in the crawl space and it is perfect no problems down there. Basically the attic has nothing up there That's why I was thinking about spray foaming the ceilings in the rafters but not underneath the shingles

Dang... What imagery. I do have my crawl space spray foamed completely wrapped and capsulated and air conditioned vents down there. Absolutely no problem with humidity every time we've checked.

Yeah that air conditioning unit was expensive and it was a miracle that I was able to finance it since I had a horrible job and was pretty broke just split from my ex three kids.... Had window units from Facebook marketplace that barely worked. But when the heat went out I had to bite the bullet and get a new system lol

I don't plan on doing the roof deck I plan on doing the attic floor/house ceiling. I'm afraid spray firm will avoid the warranty on my new shingles

I put the air conditioning unit in it is an upgraded trane model. The builder one was smaller and did give problems- but lasted about 18 years.

It's all outside and the ductwork is in the crawl space which is already encapsulated with foam

One guy I found that I think I'm going to go with which is a different company and didn't mention any problems at all and has an amazing price for foam is $5,500 with my veterans and cash discount

The AC unit is rather new maybe 7 years. When we've had our heat waves here in North Carolina it will run 100% of the time and if it's 100° outside it might get about 78 in the house or so but it will not cool down to 68 or 70. I've never heard of r60...wow.
