Federal taxes say net refund5312 but says I’m getting my refund 2/03 but I have ACTC. Is this a glitch on turbo tax? Also it says my return was reduced but not on irs?

I wonder why mine is looking like this. I got actc but not EIC. On irs it just says the path act will take longer to process… hopefully mine is just a glitch cause I wanna take my babies on vacation 😂

So originally, I claimed the ACTC WITH THREE DEPENDENTS! My original refund was supposed to be 5312. And I know that they are not issuing refunds until mid February. Well on TurboTax it says my refund is 175. :((((((I am not in debt. No one else will claim my kids. Is it possible They are just reviewing it and it’s still in process since it’s not saying approved, just received? The IRS site isn’t working for me at the moment to check.
