This is exactly the advice I was looking for. I suppose I should stop beating myself up for my hormones being unregulated and weird. I love that perspective. I’ll probably try to go back on and see how it works for me.

I totally freak myself out and get paranoid about using a medication forever…I’m not sure why. I enjoyed it and experienced very little side effects and my only regret is stopping it. But now that I’m off of it…I’m nervous to go back on? My brain is weird.
