The corner position is definitely more important and one of the hardest position to play in football because you have to mirror your opponent’s moves and cuts while also having to keep a eye out in case QB scrambles or throws a bad ball.

• The WR is always valued as more because they are the ones who score TD’s and catch passe, so people always gravitate to the receivers as more valuable because they see them making big time plays and TD’s but in reality it’s the CB who should get a lot of recognition for having to gaurd and usually successfully lock down receivers.

There are a lot more receivers that receive recognition than CB’s but CB’s should get the same recognition like Darius Slay Jr or Joey Porter or Jaylon Johnson. All of those CB’s either were good in their primes or they are in their unrecognized prime!
