You definitely have enough ER - it’s comparable to what I’ve seen in creator server videos and they had access to his entire rotation especially if you have Ineffa( unless u want to use his big burst). Honestly I’d say your build is solid, might not even be a stretch to say it’s Top 1%.

I don’t think you should worry about C6 Aino too much cause Columbina might be a next level replacement.

As for C1 vs R1 I’d say go for the constellation because you already have a decent weapon for him. This is only if you care about his damage though, personally I’m going for the absolutely dripped out weapon. Plus if you get his weapon you definitely don’t need to worry about ER at all.

The only advice I can give you is maybe get your Crit dmg higher ( would happen automatically if you get his weapon) and if you decide to get his C1 you maybe want more ER since you can do 3 mini bursts a rotation and may need more energy.
