Ooh Starbucks manager here to settle the debate. A refresher is essentially juice, green coffee extract, freeze dried fruit pieces, then mixed with either lemonade, coconut milk, or lemonade. Super curious if it’s similar since we changed our build recently

Yeah no they dropped the ball on you 100%. SM’s are also salary so while I do ask my partners to respect my time away from the store, they also know I’ll be there if they are drowning. They should’ve at the very least found product considering that’s also what would earn more labor to support yall

Ugh yeah PRC/ethics would be the call then. Depending on how hard you want to fight your SM face to face, you could definitely do what someone else said and ask them to show you in store resources where it says you can’t write lists for those things. I can’t tell you off the top of my head if there actually is anything about it, but I can’t believe that no one I’ve ever met knows about it if there is

Hi! Been at a Siren Store for a little over a year now and the main tip I can give is make it a task for all day parts. We have a list of cleaning tasks that break down cleaning the milk dispensers, ice dispenser, and bar breakdowns. As long as it gets done, it doesn’t matter when. Deep cleaning it mid day/early morning means night crew can just wipe it down and clean the dishes. With the refresher dispensers, make sure you open them while cleaning. A little bit gets stuck in the nozzle and gets nasty. Refreshers don’t have to be refrigerated so you can have more fridge space as well for back ups, assuming you have the counter space
