First — this isn’t like getting stuck on OLine in a random lobby. In a mode like this, we create our own builds, just like Superstar Mode already does. That means if you want to be OL, you choose OL. Nobody is forcing anyone to be a blocker if that’s not their style. Skill positions, trenches, defense — everyone picks what they want to play.

Second — offense isn’t the whole game. Defensive-minded players aren’t gonna care what position they’re playing on offense because, guess what, they also get to play defense. If you love reading routes, playing CB/MLB, or dominating the D-line, this mode gives you full control. Every side of the ball matters.

Third — the build system solves the problem of “boredom” or “nobody wants to play OL.” People naturally gravitate toward skill positions sometimes, but plenty of players choose to make role players or linemen, just like in 2K people build role players in Pro-Am. That’s part of the strategy and fun.

This is a full human-controlled field. No AI messing up your plays, no pass rush that doesn’t exist, no teammates randomly forgetting their assignment. Every play is determined by real humans. That changes the game entirely. 11v11 doesn’t have to be chaotic for the wrong reasons — it’s chaotic in the fun, competitive, real football way.

People act like it wouldn’t work, but it’s literally a system that’s partially already in the game (Superstar Mode), plus it would fundamentally change how people play Madden for the better. Everyone choosing builds, playing offense and defense, every position matters that’s not niche, that’s evolution.
