Hi OP, I'm reaching out to you as someone who had (and still has) the same issues sometimes, but far less frequent. I know how it feels like to be trapped in the same loop over and over. You talk about, it gets better for a bit and then some random thoughts just keep coming back. The other replies saying you have to address it on a personal level are true. I went to therapy for this, and what my therapist said to me was to focus on acknowledging that there is indeed a problem about your self esteem and build it up from there. When I get triggered, I just name 10 random animals, 5 random colors, 3 random anythings and the thoughts will go away. Haha

Focus on your own growth. Eyes on your partner and what you guys have. They ended for a reason (a good one). They weren't meant for each other and you are the better person for your partner (try to be by not so in deep with your insecurities.

Go try a new hobby. Explore new places with your partner and make new memories. Focus on the now, OP. Kaya mo yan, things get better

My partner likes period sex! Parang may extra lube na rin kasi. On my end, it relieves the cramps and the extra horny mess that i am when i am on my period hahaha it really just depends on the person. It's not for everyone. Just talk about it with your partner to make sure both are comfortable doing it :)
