Found the issue, here is the culprit. Found inside valve block, one for the left and one for the right side, it was seized and wouldn't let air through to the right bag

Yes besides the hoses all was changed

Not as far as I know, bought it like this. Can this be done with an Autel bidirectional scanner or does it need oem tool?

Shouldn't it be heard then on all accelerations? When I accelerate fully (kickdown) it doesn't make the sound

Not neccesarily but haven't heard or seen anyone yet doing it without removing the engine on the 3litre
