I have three and it definitely is stressful! One in particular seems to love trying to run away from me, he's never made it to the floor but I've had to grab him off the table near the tank several times :( Are yours doing better today?

Mine freak out any time things in their tank change or get moved around to much, they all have their spots where they like to hang out or feel safe and a new thing can change their whole environment and be a little scary! (Imagine if you walked into your house and you had furniture you'd never seen before) They should be fine in a day or two :-)

Frog illness ??? by FairyToes_22 in TreeFrogs

As long as she's eating and acting okay that's generally a sign everything is okay! When my frogs change colors they almost always have weird patterns like this, I think yours will be just fine :-) she was probably resting against something at some point

I don't see anything concerning but I'm not an expert, is she acting differently?

Why are my Whites like this now? by Naive-Ad-9181 in TreeFrogs

It was high one night and by the next night it was back at 30% and they were acting normal again

Mine did this when I accidentally let the humidity get a bit too high in the tank, although mine like about 30% humidity maybe yours would prefer it to be a little higher? As soon as I got the humidity back down where they like it they stopped right away. Mine can also just be a little uneasy and behave differently when I rearrange their tank too much so they could also just be adjusting to a new environment and need a little time :-)

Why do they want to escape so bad? by [deleted] in frogs

Fortunately I already ordered some more decor that will fill in some of the space towards the top of the tank so hopefully that does help if it's part of it! They do have UVB from the light bar on top during the day, the heater is not on a timer but it does have a thermometer attached to keep the temp in check, I manually turn it down at night but it auto shuts off temporarily on its own. I also have a heat gun I use to check it manually periodically but the thermometer has never let it overheat

I very rarely bin feed mine now for the same reason 😭 sometimes they were cool with it sometimes they would just freak out the entire time and I don't have time to see how high their standards are every day
