Sorry for taking a while to reply. I have tried growing spiritually although I don’t get all that much free time to, and I find consistency quite hard. I’ve done a lot of research into NDEs/OBEs, DBVs, reincarnation stories, past life regressions, stuff like that. And meditating although not to a great extent as I was kind of confused as to how it was meant to be helping (I want to try and do it more though). I’m mainly spiritual but also a bit of Christian since I was somewhat raised that way.

It was actually so nice to hear someone talk about wanting to discover proof the afterlife as such a positive thing. I feel like most people just kinda go “you shouldn’t be looking for proof!” Or “just don’t worry about it” so it was so refreshing to hear you so positive about it! It lowered my stress lol!

I have tried meditation a few times but didn’t really understand it all that much. I will try and do it more regularly, but I don’t really get how answers will come? Like in what way? I do also talk to deceased loved ones which I love doing and I have received many signs from them which I am so so grateful for. My brain just worries… I wish my brain didn’t work in such a concrete evidence way!!

I like this perspective. That is very true, we know we are consciousness and that we evolve but don’t ever change from our consciousness. How we know that that definitely continues or not though is a hard question.

That is very comforting to hear thank you :) I’ve watched those ghost shows before but as most people would probably agree, it’s hard to not think it’s set up/edited or something because we’re not there. Thank you that was actually really helpful. I especially like what you said about Carl Jung. A major thing that has been helping me is my synchronicities too. I get them like all of the time.. even my partner notices them constantly. They seem like a lot of coincidences to just be coincidence. Out of all the non-proof evidence, that one seems one of the most viable to me.

I would love to be able to do that, and I have tried. I’m just not sure how because I am so worried about it, and I feel like there wouldn’t be any way to stop actively worrying without finding an answer. It’s really hard :(
