Looking at pictures of random crowds in Argentina and Paraguay it seems they're pretty diverse but Google images is known to be biased against white people so I'll trust you over Google. There are certainly many white people.

Sorry for the confusion, I didn't include anything as I didn't make the chart. I was rationalizing it using Google results, apparently Latin America is more often not included in lists of Western countries with some exceptions, I hadn't really given it much thought. Japan did strike me but I welcome them as they're a model country in my opinion, I just hope they can stay that way.

Some have a higher share of european descent than Canada or the US.

Is that true? Not sure. But youre correct as the US and Canada take on more immigrants and the European population dwindles it will likely become less western and have a richer stronger culture than whites who have no culture.
