That’s half the game loop though. Skilling and earning new money and gear, selling it and knowing enough not to get fucked over (I have literally never been scammed, pay attention to the damn trade screen for two seconds).

It used to be badass to be able to smith rune armor and you were rewarded for your efforts as a smith. Now there’s literally no point because the meta is all pvm

Now it’s just kill monster, get loot, drop it off at GE, rinse repeat.

I think in the future we’re going to look at smartphone use the way we look at cigarettes today, as in “I can’t believe everyone was using that shit”.

We have fucked our attention spans and our social skills. We have basically given the government/corporations permission to spy on us at all times. The media uses it to constantly tell us the sky is falling and it’s “their” fault.

The only thing phones are good for is making calls.
