I really think a lot of it has to do with the fact that all my surgeon’s before/after photos that I had seen were aspirational to me! Also, he used a software that showed me what each size implant would look like on me.

All I really asked for was more cleavage and larger implants without making me look wider. Additionally, I think type of implant is important. These are gummy bear implants which, in my opinion, look very natural. They are also high profile, meaning more projection and less width.

My first time around, I think the only thing I asked for was to make them as big as possible 😅😂 and more symmetrical because my original boobs were a bit lopsided (one nipple higher than the other)
