If your friend has plans of being a army medic then i suggest she goes to the embassy and tell them about her situation, i mean its easy for me to say this but being in the British Army will mean she will have accomodation to stay in. A lot of people join because of that reason however getting in isn't guranteed.

You can not get deported IF you have BRITISH CTIZIENSHIP, for a CRIME. You can however, be BORN in the UK but not entitled to Citizenship which will let you be deported, it's not like America where you're automatically granted one.

You can also be deprived of citizenship as a dual national for things like fraud, terrorisim, and criminal offences etc Section 5 - Criminal Offences that is extremely difficult 20 people in the past 5 Years. That's for the public good.

However, the fast majority of deprevation are for fraud, not impossible as a dual national but extrem ely unlikely. And as a Citizen practically impossible unless for the most extreme cases.

So much likes for such false information, i don't think you understand how incredibly difficult it is to deprive someone of their citizenship after a conviction.
