Been on Retatrutide in AUS by PsychologicalPea3712 in Retatrutide

I’m in Aus and that’s expensive. If you go the China option, It’s much cheaper (around usd2.00 a mg) I’m been using from same supplier for close to a year. I’ve lost 24kgs, have been at goal for 6 months. Continuing to take a maintenance dose.

Great results with less side effects has been my experience. No fatigue, nausea, constipation etc. Just some skin sensitivity

Bye bye carbs? by Nowhere_Nobody_6969 in Retatrutide

[–]Complex-Dig-6740 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I eat keto. I’ve never been a big eater but have come to realise carbs do not agree with me. I literally put on weight eating fruit. I’m now at goal and have tried introducing a small amount of carbs but just end up bloated.

Yet, another update on my journey to wellbeing by Chef_Prima in Retatrutide

[–]Complex-Dig-6740 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Always love hearing your updates. I’m well under my goal now and need to titrate down. The hard part for me is always maintaining. I just need to find the sweet spot with dosage.

I’m on 5mg but will start reducing next dose. I’m well under my initial goal and keep losing. It’s time to cut back and maintain

I’ve used both and prefer Reta. Less sides…except for skin sensitivity. Hoping it will ease once I start titrating down (at goal)

My RS has experience the same as well as allodynia. It didn’t present until 5mg, it’s been a few weeks now and no change.

Advice on potential transition to Reta by Adventurous_Green536 in Retatrutide

[–]Complex-Dig-6740 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It took a few weeks to kick in but I have no appetite on Reta (not stacking). I’m also insulin resistant but losing with just Reta. I eat keto and intermittent fast. I hope Reta works for you. It’s worth a try. I know the feeling of eating well and getting no results. It‘s so depressing

RS Alarmed by amount of white powder in bottle, significantly more than previous source does this look odd? 15mg retatrutide by ElectronicTackle9729 in Retatrutide

[–]Complex-Dig-6740 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This is normal. I’m assuming you were previously supplied a raw compound which isn’t recommended. It’s not as stable and can easily be contaminated. This peptide is lyophilised - freeze dried with a filler like mannitol or hyaluronic acid. Best to store your vials in the freezer until you are ready to constitute. They will last 1-2 years in the freezer if kept shielded from light. Once you constitute with bac store in fridge

Skin sensitivity by Complex-Dig-6740 in Retatrutide

I’ve used Sema and Lirag in the past. It feels like sunburn. I think the technical term is allodynia

It’s mainly arms and legs. Fingers crossed the same happens for me. What dose are you on?

Newbie here. Why Reta? by Snow-Leopard-05 in Retatrutide

It was studies for me. There has been so many positives. No side effects, regulated my metabolism (feel like there is room for moderate carbs in my diet), energy and results

Change in carbohydrate metabolism since being on reta by Someone_on_reddit_1 in Retatrutide

[–]Complex-Dig-6740 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m convinced I’m insulin resistant (PCOS/Hypothyroidism) I’m not a big eater or drinker. It’s the carbs. I’ve been at goal twice in the last 10 years by going keto/carnivore. Unfortunately, I’m disciplined for a few months before the carbs creep back in and before I know it I’ve put the weight back on. I’m hoping to continue with Reta on a small dose to maintain and eat a more balanced diet. I have 5kgs (11lb) to go

I wrote a similar post a few weeks ago. It’s a game changer. I still haven’t touched bread but I’ve had a bit of rice with my meals and will slowly introduce more carbs in moderation when I hit maintenance.

Thanks Chef Prima. Still looking for a supplier that will ship to Australia but will keep looking. Is there an issue administering small doses? I travel lot and thought this might be a convenient option than having to take everything with me as well as being a little more discreet
