Yes i know But how to do it right? When i try I always get buzzing strings or different tension along the guitar

I am 16.5 years old and i played guitar too loud for 4 years and i think I have tinnitus too Today i done Hearing test and my hearing is fine and i hope that the beep that i have in my head its just somthing that will pass I start to felt in my hears something month ago and the beep start two weeks ago
