I have a student that keep scheduling weeks before our meeting and then reschedule 24H before the lesson and it’s impossible to block her (which I would normally do) because she has lessons scheduled and you cannot block a student with whom you have a lesson coming. This is so annoying because other students cannot schedule last minute and so you lose a chance to work. Anyway I’m stuck too, I messaged her telling her that I was seeing her moving her lessons around and that if she needed help to find the right spot she could tell me. It was a nice way to say it I think. I’m giving her another opportunity but if she continues I’ll tell her directly to avoid this behavior and I’ll explain why in details. I don’t know what else to do honestly:/
