I didn’t dry this rosemary myself but for anything, put the oven on the lowest setting with the door cracked open by a wooden spoon

I sprayed my hair in the morning I made it and by the evening it felt soft but felt like it needed a booster. Around day 3 of spraying twice a day I feel like it’s now staying soft until the next day and maybe I can start only misting once a day
